PARADIGM™ is a private, nonsectarian program providing adult day services. PARADIGM™ treats all persons with the same dignity, respect, and equal opportunity. For PARADIGM™, the person is the focus of the program.
PARADIGM™ is an innovative program for persons with special needs. PARADIGM™ serves persons 18 years of age and over requiring guidance in fundamental life processes. The cornerstone of PARADIGM™ is comprised of cognitive, vocational, and social programming.
PARADIGM™ staff members are caring, skilled program coordinators and aides available to assist in the person's progression. PARADIGM™ employs staff who are bilingual and deaf interpreters. In addition, volunteers and interns contribute to the program.
PARADIGM™ Day Program is individual programming designed to provide cognitive stimulation as well as to enhance the person's physical condition and group interaction.
PARADIGM™ Independent Living Skills Program (PILS) assists persons in improving their independent living by enhancing their functional skills sets in self-advocacy, employability, self-care, and community immersion.
The newest addition to PARADIGM’S™ programming is the PARADIGM™ Virtual Academy (PVA). PVA was launched in 2020 in response to the pandemic in order to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals it serves and their families.

PARADIGM™ assists persons in learning to be mobile with in the community and in using local services. All trips are related to the curriculum and are purposeful.
Pre-vocational skills include, but are not limited to, the following: computer, office, clerical, child care, housekeeping, cooking, hospitality, and janitorial.
PARADIGM™ provides support services for several local businesses.
PARADIGM™ career curriculum may include, but is not limited to, the following: resume writing, budgeting, mobility training, social relations, and work ethics.
PARADIGM™ work program includes job readiness, job development, job placement and on-the-job support.

The PARADIGM™ Virtual Academy program is inclusive of all of the elements of the state-approved Alternative Services Delivery Model, including delivery of services via U.S. mail and electronic modalities (phone, email, texting, and videoconferencing).
